Paste a post, video, clip, pin, or track URL that opens without signing in. CEYN does not bypass private, account-gated, or DRM-protected media.
Check your rights
Download only media you own, created, have permission to save, or are otherwise allowed to use.
Keep the source link
If a download fails, retry with the canonical public X URL instead of a feed, profile, search, or private-share page.
Troubleshooting public X downloads
The link asks for sign-in
Open the URL in a private browser window. If it still asks for an account, CEYN cannot access it.
The downloader returns no media
Paste the canonical post, video, clip, or track URL instead of a profile, feed, playlist, or search page.
The requested quality is unavailable
Use Best quality or a lower option. X output depends on the public source file.
The platform is temporarily unavailable
Retry once, then try another public URL. Source platforms change pages and rate-limit requests.
