Common school upload formats
PDF is usually safest for essays, forms, reports, and scanned documents. MP3 is safer for audio submissions. MP4 is safer for video. JPG or PNG is usually accepted for images.
Before uploading an assignment
Read the accepted file types in the assignment instructions. Convert Word documents to PDF when layout matters, voice memos to MP3 when audio is required, and iPhone MOV videos to MP4 when video uploads fail.
Keep the original
Keep your editable or original file until the school portal confirms the upload. That makes it easier to fix page order, audio, formatting, or file-size problems.
