PDF makes a presentation easier to share, print, review, or archive. It also avoids missing fonts or layout shifts on other devices.
Before sending
Open the PDF and check slide order, embedded images, charts, page size, and whether speaker notes or hidden slides should be excluded.
Keep the deck
Use the PDF for delivery and keep PPTX, PPT, or ODP as the editable source for future changes.
